Terms of Service

What SocialSpool provides

  • SocialSpool provides a website, dashboard, connected account flows, post composer, scheduler, publishing worker, status history, billing tools, API documentation, API keys, and webhook features.
  • The product is built to help you connect social accounts, create drafts, schedule content, publish to selected networks, and see whether publishing succeeded or failed.
  • You may use the public website and docs without an account, but dashboard, billing, API, connected account, scheduling, and publishing features require an authenticated account.

Your account and workspace

  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens in your SocialSpool account or workspace.
  • A workspace owns its connected accounts, posts, publishing history, billing state, API keys, webhook settings, and usage limits.
  • Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass plan limits, interfere with queue behavior, scrape private data, or use another user's account without permission.

Posts, media, and connected networks

  • You are responsible for every draft, scheduled post, media item, account selection, publish-now request, API request, and webhook configuration you create or submit through SocialSpool.
  • You must have the rights and permissions needed to connect each social account, publish to it, and use any text, link, image, or other content you upload or schedule.
  • You agree not to use SocialSpool for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, spammy, malicious, platform-violating, or impersonation-related activity.

Scheduling and publishing

  • When you connect LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Threads, or another supported network, you authorize SocialSpool to identify the connected account, schedule content, publish posts you request, refresh access when supported, and report publishing status.
  • SocialSpool is designed to schedule and publish reliably, but publishing can fail because of platform outages, revoked permissions, rate limits, invalid content, network failures, queue delays, or other conditions outside SocialSpool's control.
  • A post is not considered successfully published unless the selected platform confirms success. Failed publishing attempts may be recorded so you can diagnose and retry safely.
  • SocialSpool does not control LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Threads, or other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms, policies, limits, permissions, and availability.

Billing, plans, API, and webhooks

  • Paid plan access, connected-account limits, active queue limits, API access, and feature limits may be enforced server-side to protect the service and preserve reliability.
  • Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. Fees, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, and billing portal access are governed by the checkout and billing terms shown when you subscribe.
  • If you use SocialSpool API keys or webhooks, you are responsible for securing keys, validating webhook events, using idempotency correctly, and keeping destination URLs under your control.

Availability, changes, and contact

  • We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of SocialSpool as the product evolves, as platform APIs change, or as needed to protect reliability and security.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if needed to protect SocialSpool, other users, connected platforms, payment providers, or legal obligations.
  • We may update these terms as the site and app change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
  • Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
